Brij Trivedi is a student of strength and is aspiring to be an elite powerlifter in the GBPF. He started out merely wanting to lose weight and to stop being ‘skinny-fat’, as he progressed in the world of fitness his goals became greater and he found his passion to be a well rounded athlete with a background of strength. With his hunger for knowledge he studied and applied the wealth of information available online and in books making sure it was scientifically backed and eventually went on to receive qualifications in many different areas from Personal Training & Nutrition to Strength & Conditioning. Brij has had practice and experience with numerous fitness methodologies and over the years he has kept what is useful to create his own approach.
